Do Good 

We spend a lot of our lives working with, working for, serving with, and serving others. However, customer service seems to be getting worse and worse in our chatbot, digital age. 

So, where you can, and with whom you can, and how you can… do good. 

Do that little extra that makes the experience better or lightens someone else’s load. Take the time to get the last few details right. Avoid cutting those little corners that “no one will see or care about”. 

Going above and beyond is way overrated. But doing a little extra to enhance the experience and keep them coming back for more is not. This is not the 110% stuff. This is the last 1-2% stuff. 

In a world where complacency and mediocrity become the norm more every day, don’t settle, don’t compromise. Do a little extra and leave the people and things around you better than you found them. 

In all things, do good.
